Cold spring keeps severe weather in check
The Storm Prediction Center has the extreme northwestern parts of the ArkLaTex under a marginal to slight risk of severe storms with high wind gusts and marginal hail the main threat. But that storm activity was expected to dissipate by the late morning hours.
