Marvel Comics icon Stan Lee is being sued by Chicago-based massage therapist Maria Carballo for allegedly sexually harassing and grabbing her during two massage appointments previous year.
Lee's convicted felon former assistant, Mac "Max" Anderson, arranged the massage, according to the complaint, which also names him as a defendant.
KABC has also confirmed that on March 16, a female victim filed a police report alleging that a male client touched her inappropriately while she was performing a duty in related to her occupation.
The masseuse was reportedly sent to Lee's hotel suite at the McCormick Place Hyatt Regency on two occasions. According to published reports, his attorneys have denied the allegations and said the lawsuit could be a "shakedown" attempt on a prominent celebrity.
