Twitch reportedly affected by IP address bans in Russian Federation

Facebook may be banned in Russia
Yesterday Russian authorities started blocking Telegram (popular encrypted messenger) and Amazon (and Google) server ip's country-wide.
Whistleblower Edward Snowden has backed a prominent critic of the Kremlin in a tense standoff between Russian authorities and a private messaging app used by millions.
The country's state communications regulator has said it has blocked 18 sub-networks and a "significant" number of IP addresses owned by Amazon and Google because they were being used by secure messaging app Telegram, which Russian Federation banned this week, reports CNBC.
Telegram is reportedly using the addresses to get around the block.
The messenger was blocked by the decision of the Tagansky District Court of Moscow, which on April 13 restricted access to it due to Telegram's refusal to pass the FSB encryption keys that allow reading the correspondence of users.
He later added that fewer than 7% of Telegram's users are in Russian Federation but that it was "personally" important for him to help them.
The regulator has also asked Apple and Google to pull Telegram from their Russian app stories.
Team Empire, an eSports organization, also reported problems with using Twitch in Russian Federation, tweeting that "because Russian Federation tries to shut down Telegram and fails, Twitch\Steam\Twitter won't load properly". "So i had to use VPN and TOR to write a message on actual twitch website".
Telegram tried to thwart the blockage by shifting its service to two giant American web hosts, Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services, while at the same time repeatedly changing its IP address to skip ahead of Roskomnadzor.
The head of Russia's online retail association, Alexander Ivanov, told the Vedomosti newspaper that it had received complaints from nine online shops about the blocking.

Mourinho hits out at inconsistent and "complicated" United
After a mixed first season in England, Guardiola faced questions about whether his methods were a good fit for the Premier League. That didn't make me feel super happy and, in my opinion, it affected some of the people that were too happy.

What Sean Hannity has said about Michael Cohen
Hannity was trying to host one of those segments on Monday night when guest Alan Dershowitz brought up the Cohen predicament. He never once mentioned that he even knew Cohen, much less that Cohen would describe him as a client in a legal proceeding.
