Vicky Gounder was Punjab’s most wanted gangster
Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh has lauded the state police for eliminating the notorious gangsters.
Gounder, who had a reward of Rs 7 lakh from the Punjab Police and another from the Rajasthan Police, was using the social media as a tool to create terror and issue threats to rival gangs and police officers.
Harjinder Bhullar (27) alias Vicky Gounder was allegedly the mastermind of the sensational high-security Nabha jailbreak in 2016, and had been on the run.
Vicky had been involved in several cases of highway robbery, claims police - apart from having many other criminal cases registered against him.
