In case you missed it, a controversial issue was made in the music/fashion world earlier this week when clothing giant, H&M, released pictures of a black boy wearing a hoodie with the words "coolest monkey in the jungle" inscribed on it as part of their kid's catalogue.
H&M has since apologized for the advertisement and had acknowledged their error over the matter. His decision to end his relationship with the retailer because of the ad comes after hip-hop artist The Weeknd announcement he will no longer work with H&M. "Stop crying wolf all the time, unnecessary issue here ... get over it".
Mango, who comes from Nairobi and now lives in Stockholm, wrote: "I$3 am the mum, and this is one of hundreds of outfits my son has modelled".
"Get over it", she wrote in a Facebook post when followers asked for her opinion on the photo and the ensuing backlash.
In a series of Facebook posts, Mango urged critics - including high profile musicians and sports stars - to "get over it" and to "stop crying wolf". "Everyone is entitled to their opinion".
Twitter was buzzing early Monday morning after pictures surfaced of a small black child modeling a "coolest monkey in the jungle" hoodie on H&M's United Kingdom website.
The Swedish-based company says it is sorry the image was taken.

Canadian singer The Weeknd, who has a clothing line with the retailer, severed ties with H&M on Monday saying he was both "deeply offended" and "shocked and embarrassed" by the advert.
Twitter user, Selene Arianela tweeted comparing the image to a white boy modeling a "survival expert" hoodie, which didn't seem to make matters any better for H&M.
