21 November 2017, 12:58 | Francis Delgado
Nintendo's Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp coming to Play Store this week
The mobile Animal Crossing title was originally set to release much earlier than November but was delayed for other Nintendo app games like Super Mario Run and Fire Emblem Heroes. Over the weekend, Nintendo revealed that everyone will get to play Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp on iOS and Android devices from November 22. The game is advertised as suitable for all ages and will be available with nine language options (English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, and Japanese + variants).
The company announcedAnimal Crossing: Pocket Camp would arrive to mobile devices in fall 2016, but got pushed back to 2017.
Excited to play Animal Crossing mobile game? However, one feature that players might not enjoy is that the game will require an internet connection to play. The game had a soft launch in Austalia late last month for testing purposes, and so far there's been no issues. Isabelle, your helper from Animal Crossing: New Leaf hands over the campsite to you and after that it's up to you to build it up just like you would a town.
The game takes place in real time, so the game world reflects the time and even the season in the real world. The last main series installment was Animal Crossing: New Leaf in 2012, which received the sizable Welcome amiibo update this time previous year.
The game is free to play, but players can purchase "leaf tickets" which enable them to cut the time needed to carry out building and purchase extra materials to make furniture. The other games were also paid titles, and so didn't have the same style of monetisation as this free-to-play title.

Grigor Dimitrov vs David Goffin
Federer, the World No. 2, snaffled the opener in 33 one-sided minutes as he feasted on Goffin's steady medium-paced game. Goffin, the first Belgian to qualify for the season climax, could scarcely believe his victory over Federer.
Bucs beat mistake-filled Dolphins 30-20
Miami answered with four plays of over 12 yards (plays of 12, 24 and 26), including a 69-yard run by Damien Williams . What I didn't like: Miami's penchant for slow starts has been a season-long trend that showed up again on Sunday.
Rain, wind, snow on tap; sunny Sunday to follow
Winds will pick up behind the front to about 25 to 35 miles per hour with possible wind gusts up to 40 miles per hour . Highs on Sunday will be 20° cooler as many locations will struggle to reach the lower 60s under bright sunny skies.
