While speculation has been raging over the future of head coach Antonio Conte, Emenalo has made a decision to bring his 10-year association with the club to an end.

The 21-year-old, who moved to Stamford Bridge in 2012, started instead of star David Luiz in Chelsea's 1-0 win over Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday.

"This has been a very hard decision to make, but one I believe is right for both myself and my family, and the club", Emenalo said.

According to a report on the Telegraph, Emenalo quit after declining not to engage in a three-way power battle with current Chelsea manager Antonio Conte and Marina Granovskaia who are known not to see eye to eye. "I wish Chelsea every success and look forward to following the club's future triumphs from afar".

Conte won the Premier League title in his first season with the club but his second - with the added Champions League fixtures - has been a tense affair so far.

FSU President Thrasher says the ban on Greek life will stay in place until there is a new culture in place for the organizations. Police arrived at around 10 a.m. and were unable to revive Coffey, pronouncing him dead at the scene, according toWPLG.

'I am very sorry to see Michael leave Chelsea, and I would like to thank him for all his help and support since I arrived at this club.

Conte's protestations have come due to the departures of key personnel from their title campaign last season in Nemanja Matic and Costa - although the latter's relationship with the Italian was beyond fix.

The former Notts County defender joined Chelsea in October 2007 and has been technical director since July 2011.

The former Nigerian global, who joined Chelsea in 2007 and has been technical director since 2011, has already been linked with a position at Monaco.

Chelsea have been criticised in the past for their policy of signing up young and promising players before sending them out of loan for extended periods.
