President Trump to travel to Florida to survey damage from Hurricane Irma

Here’s a post Irma look at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a Lago Club from Ocean Boulevard on Monday
President Donald Trump plans to visit storm-stricken Florida on Thursday, the White House said, his third such trip to a weather devastated state after a spate of violent U.S. weather.
"We love the people of Florida and they went through something that, I guess, the likes of which we could really say nobody's ever seen before", Trump said in Naples. But the wealthy two-term governor is considered a leading contender for the Republican nomination to challenge Democratic Sen.
"I don't know what he's going to do".
"We're working on a deal, very important is the wall to me and we have to know the wall will not be obstructed", said Mr. Trump of the border security package discussions with Democrats Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer.
President Trump is expected to make a visit to Florida this week due to Irma.
So far - as with the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey - efforts by the Federal Emergency Management Agency are getting good reviews from on the ground in Florida. Trump defeated Democrat Hillary Clinton in Florida a year ago by about 1 percentage point.
Vice President Mike Pence, who joined Trump on the trip, promised Floridians: "We're with you today".
"If they find that anyone wasn't acting in the best interests of their patients, we will hold them accountable to the fullest extent of the law", he said.
Since last month, Trump has traveled to Texas twice and to Louisiana to view damage from Hurricane Harvey, which made landfall August 25 as a Category 4 storm and dumped more than 50 inches of rain on Houston.
On his second visit, to Texas and Louisiana, he was more hands-on.
The president monitored the storm over the weekend from Camp David, the presidential retreat in Maryland.
A record 6.3 million people were ordered to evacuate from Florida's coastal and southern areas last week by Florida Gov. Rick Scott (R). Many communities are still cleaning up or without power or air conditioning.
Widespread outages led to long lines outside of the relatively few stores, gas stations and restaurants that had reopened. Days after Irma passed, nearly 80 percent of homes and businesses were still without electricity, and floodwaters still covered some communities entirely. More than 6.5 million homes and businesses lost electricity in Florida, and fuel shortages plagued much of the state. That's 25.6 percent of all customers in the state.
Vance Joseph is 12th Broncos head coach to win debut for Denver
Oakland is set to face the New York Jets while the Chargers will look to bounce back from their loss by facing the Miami Dolphins. Trevor Siemian's unexpected rise from a seventh-round pick to the Broncos' starting quarterback has been nothing but shocking.

In response, the committee said the USA should be "beaten to death like a rabid dog" for the "heinous sanctions resolution". North Korea also uses trusted agents and third party companies located in other countries to facilitate prohibited trade.
Suu Kyi has to do more for Rohingya
It's not that Ms Suu Kyi is organising the killings (she does not control the military), or that they are entirely one-sided. I will not go to the extent of supporting the petition for revoking her Nobel Prize, which she once undoubtedly deserved.
