Taylor Swift wipes presence off social media

It's been a huge week for the 27-year-old who won her civil court case against DJ David Mueller on Monday. The jury favored Swift and found Mueller to be guilty of sexual assault and battery. Taylor did her best in the deleting the account, she removed her profile picture and unfollowed everyone. According to CNN, Swift's Instagram, YouTube, Tumblr, Twitter and official website have all gone black.

There was no immediate word from the Swift camp on what happened, but the "Blank Space" pop star is known for promotional trickery on her social streams ahead of major music drops.

If history is anything to go by it is likely Swift may have a new album on the way and this could be little more than a PR stunt.

A representative for Taylor has yet to reveal the reason for the clean slate, but many fans are speculating the fresh start could indicate the imminent announcement of a new album. "Highly-observant fans noticed that Swift's social media purge falls on the same date that "#Shake It Off" premiered.

PS4 Update 5.00 Beta Available Now
If you managed to get into the beta, you'll be able to download firmware 5.00 and try out some new features as of today. This ensures that users won't have to pause or leave their game and dig through menus just to see the notifications.

Fans seem to agree that Swift's new album is nearly ready, so her managers are just increasing the level of hysteria to its maximum.

Some thought that she was going to announce the new album yesterday, on the three year anniversary of the announce of 1989.

Whether Swift has dropped off social media on objective or whether she's yet another celebrity who's fallen victim to hackers, there's no denying her millions of fans are lying in wait. Probably, Swift is gearing up to "do a Beyonce" and release a new album with a new image overhaul.
