The 15-year-old was today condemned to five years probation in the wake of conceding to fantastic robbery, weed ownership and documenting a false police report in a Florida court. On Tuesday, in Delray Beach, Florida, she was given five years probation for these offenses.

The charges stemmed from three separate incidents a year ago after the girl stole her mum's purse and vehicle.

Bregoli is now at the centre of an ongoing custody battle between her mother and father, and reportedly broke down in tears in the courtroom as her father read an emotional statement about his daughter's new-found fame.

"I'm afraid of what she's being pushed into and who's profiting from it", said Bregoli's father, Ira Peskowitz. A judge allowed her to complete her probation in California, where she now lives with her mother, Barbara Ann.

'She posts 24-7. It's controlled by an alleged management team that promotes absurd behavior for a 14-year-old child'. There's no word yet on whether she'll face charges for the vicious brawl her friend kicked off by tossing ice cream at a woman in Lake Worth, Florida.
