Pokemon Go Time for Legendary Pokemons

Both Pokemon Go players and developer Niantic Labs suffered a huge disappointment last weekend when the real-world Pokemon Go Fest event turned into a disaster. The main thing that many festival-goers found-instead of make-believe characters in the game-was themselves standing in huge lines and without Internet at a 20,000-person party to celebrate the augmented reality game's first year in operation.

It's easy to sympathize with those people who are disappointed by the Go Fest, particularly those who traveled a great distance only to discover the event couldn't provide the anticipated experience.

Norton, among numerous attendees at Pokemon GO Fest, found out that the game wasn't working. Polygon reports that "nearly two dozen" of the players who attended the event are filing a class-action suit against Niantic, seeking travel reimbursement.

I'm not one to rub salt in the wound, but I need Niantic to stop messing this kind of stuff up, like, yesterday. For example, Fest-goers were unable to, inter alia, complete timed in-Game challenges to collect special rewards, collect previously unavailable or "rare" Pokemon, and compete against other "Trainers" within the Game.

Trump Won't Pardon Himself, Say Scaramucci and President's Attorney
The panel previously had scheduled a hearing Wednesday and invited Trump Jr., Manafort and other witnesses. On Saturday, Scaramucci said his past views have "evolved", and Trump's agenda is "all that matters".

While tickets only cost around $25, including fees, many folks traveled from outside of Chicago to capture the rarest Pokémon in the game and enjoy a day with their peers.

Jonathan Norton has proposed a class action lawsuit against Niantic for unspecified damages, saying that the festival didn't live up to what Niantic had promised, according to Ars Technica.

"But Niantic is not offering to refund people's travel expenses for coming to Chicago". And that's a big problem, since according to him, "most of the people came from out of state, many people from other countries - I talked to someone who flew in from Japan".
