Teen Who Livestreamed Crash That Killed Her Sister Pleads Not Guilty To Manslaughter

Teen Pleads Not Guilty in Deadly Crash She Live-Streamed as Attorney Says She 'Feels … Terrible'

A Stockton woman who on Friday live-streamed a vehicle crash and the subsequent death of her 14-year-old sister on social media has been charged with multiple felony counts including driving under the influence.

During the arraignment she was charged with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, an alternative count of gross vehicular manslaughter, two counts of driving under the influence resulting in injury and two counts of driving with.10% blood alcohol content causing injury with great bodily injury allegations for all four violations.

It shows a young woman broadcasting herself live on Instagram as she drives down the road and raps along with the music.

Another 14-year-old passenger, identified as Fresno resident Manuela Ceja, suffered major lacerations to her left leg. Sanchez told investigators she and her sister had traveled to Fresno to pick up Ceja and were on their way back to Stockton when they crashed.

In the video, you can hear Sanchez scream, and then say a number of insane seeming things like "I fucking love my sister to death". This is the last thing I wanted to happen. When asked if she understood what those charges meant she said, "a little bit". I'm sorry, baby. I'ma hold it down. rest in peace, sweetie. They know Lula was the only one wearing a seatbelt during the deadly crash. Shortly after filming stopped, it resumed again, this time showing her sister lying in a field with obvious head trauma.

Her father, Nicandro Sanchez, told Fresno television station KFSN he has seen the video.

World Cup final loss prompts Indian call for women's IPL
The hard work started and Sunday's win was evidence of England's increased speed between the wickets and in the field. Openers Punam Raut (86) and Harmanpreet Kaur's (51) steady half centuries had set a platform for a high score.

Evelyn Sanchez, 12, also spoke to local reporters about the fatal vehicle crash and both of her sisters.

Obdulia then moves the camera to show her sister Jacqueline lying motionless and bleeding. "I f****** killed my sister, ok?"

Of Jacqueline, Seja reportedly said, "She wasn't like everybody else". Speaking through her court-appointed attorney, Ramnik Samrao, Sanchez pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Instead, Manuela Seja blamed social media, which she said has taken over people's lives and is only going to become more prevalent, television station KSEE in Fresno reported Monday. "They know nothing about her history, or her history in the foster care system, or that she was a victim of sex trafficking". And in an earlier video posted by Obdulia that same day, her family says she nearly hit a SUV. The CHP says Sanchez was under the influence when she rolled her auto over, into a barbed wire fence and then a field.

Obdulia Sanchez was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and vehicular manslaughter and remained in jail with bail set at $300,000. And judging by how quickly the video of this horrific crash went viral, it doesn't appear much has changed to prevent tragedies from being broadcast to and shared among an audience. "She was just amusing".
